Basic production process flow of extrusion blow-molded geomembrane machinery is shown in the right figure
Equipped 2-5 sets of large length-to-diameter ratio single-screw extruders with automatic blender and feeding systems.
Molten resin is extruded through a high-precision die head and blown molding into a film tube , which is then cooled to ambient temperature by a cooling wind ring.
Cooled film is flattened and folded by a chevron frame, pulled out by the top nip rollers and it is unfolded into a single-layer film. After multiple guide rollers, it is wound by the coiler to form a membrane roll.
- New type of wavy screw extruder unit with mixing section and equipped with conveying liner sleeve.
- Die head components undergo FEA and structural optimization for internal flow channel design, followed by precision machining, grinding, and polishing on six-axis CNC machines. This makes the die head system, as a core component, ensures the quality of the final geomembrane products.
- Cooling system adopts fans with low wind pressure and high air volume. Stable and reliable traction and coiler devices system.
